Each individual may hold only one (1) arionpl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the associated accounts.
When registering for an arionpl account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, your active Philippine mobile number, a valid date of birth, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. arionpl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
As part of arionpl's compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines, all Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your arionpl account. arionpl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification. In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must notify arionpl immediately via the support team.
arionpl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Banking, and select cryptocurrency wallets. All content on the arionpl platform — including but not limited to the arionpl brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arionpl or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any arionpl content without prior written consent.
arionpl collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on arionpl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. arionpl is committed to protecting your personal information and does not sell your data to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionpl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the arionpl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. arionpl's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arionpl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect access. arionpl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
arionpl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) arionpl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) arionpl reasonably suspects a violation of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, arionpl may forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request (and no breach has occurred), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through arionpl's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your arionpl account, you should first contact the arionpl customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. arionpl is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all Filipino Members.
These Terms were last updated in June 2026. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
